About Our Candles
Our candles are made and shipped from Detroit, MI. The wax we use for our candles are 100% soy wax, vegan, and non-toxic. No other wax is blended with our candles. By using 100% soy wax, it creates a cleaner burning candle. Soy wax is environmentally friendly and creates a longer burning candle. The candles are made in small batches and are hand poured. No machine is used to pour the candle wax into the jars. The fragrance we use in our candles are unique and carefully chosen. If you chose a candle that has color, we use candle dye to color our candles. The glass containers we use are recyclable and withstands extreme temperatures of zero to 930 degrees Fahrenheit.
Directions: When you first light your candle, burn at least 1 hour before extinguishing, to prevent “tunneling” in your candle (Tunneling: when the flame in a candle begins to drop below the top-level of the wax, leaving a hard dry ring that will not melt). Do not burn candle unattended. Do not place candle near anything flammable. Keep candle out of reach of children and pets. Always burn your candle on a stable and heat-resistant surface. Do not use if candle jar is cracked, chipped, or scratched. Please trim your wick before each use! Make sure candle is extinguished fully before replacing lid. (Refer to the label on the bottom of your candle)
Soy is a natural wax that may go through different physical changes such as crystallization, 'wet spots”, and discoloration. “Wet Spots” are when the wax pulls away from the glass and is very common with soy wax candles (If this happens on the surface of your candle, just wipe off with paper towel before lighting). Crystallization is when a white crystalline structure forms on the surface and sides of natural waxes and commonly occurs with soy wax candles. Discoloration happens when a dyed candle color changes or fades. NONE of these factors will affect the quality or the burn time of your candle. Enjoy your candles!
