ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!
We only replace handmade items if they are damaged. If your product was damaged during shipment, please send us a picture of the damaged item and email us at customer@rachelvirginiacollection.com, no later than 48 hours of your package being received. If you do not email us within 48 hours of receiving your order, we will be unable to replace your damaged item.
Due do limited quantity of products, if your handmade product(s) has to be replaced, it may not be the same product that was ordered.
